- ... that Martin Luther wrote "Nun komm, der Heiden Heiland" (early print pictured) as a close paraphrase of the Latin hymn "Veni redemptor gentium", with a melody derived from the plainchant? Source: [1]
- Comment: This was meant for Advent, but the GA procedure took until now. Palm Sunday might by an option, 14 April.

This is a newly promoted GA and is new enough and long enough. The image is in the public domain, the hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. A QPQ has been done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 10:48, 3 April 2019 (UTC)
Hi, I came by to promote this, but don't see a QPQ. Additionally, since this is not running during Advent, the hook lacks context. Is there anything you can do to make this more interesting to general readers? Yoninah (talk) 22:08, 29 April 2019 (UTC)
- I think I said the most interesting thing: that it's not a "Here we do Reformation, everything different" appraoch but a translation of the Latin, sacrificing flow and grammar of the German.
