Oľšavica

  • ... that no one informed on the Jews hiding in Oľšavica, even though German soldiers were quartered in the village? Source: Yad Vashem
    • ALT1:... that the sermons of Greek Catholic priest Michal Mašlej inspired the villagers of Oľšavica to hide Jews during the Holocaust? Source: Same as above

  • @Fiamh: Date, size, refs, neutrality, hook, copyvio spotcheck, all GTG. Can we add a section on notable landmarks/monuments? (not sure if there is anthing worth mentioning besides the church, but it is a monument according to our Commons page, so should be mentioned there I think). Also, Slovak page has a short section on 'famous people from the village', would be nice to include it here too. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 02:52, 11 November 2019 (UTC)
  • Piotrus, Added mention of the church. The famous people section is not very useful, two are already mentioned in the article text and the other one has no enwiki article and is of questionable notability. Fiamh (talk, contribs) 03:56, 11 November 2019 (UTC)
