New and long enough, all non-lead paragraphs have inline citations, checks for copyvio reveals no problems (e.g. [1]), QPQ review performed, content of the hook is backed by an inline citation to a reliable source in the article. Note that I added the word "fatty" to the hook, because the proposed basic taste is not detected in all rancid foods. North America1000 14:42, 7 August 2015 (UTC)
