Once (singer)[edit]

  • ALT1:... that Once once sang for a A Thousand Hopes?
  • ALT2:... that Once once sang for a A Thousand?
  • ALT3:... that Once once sang "A Beautiful Symphony"?
  • ALT4:... that Once was once part of Dewa 19?

  • For original hook and ALT4. Dates and lengths all good and sourcing checks for there two hooks. Other alternatives are based upon author's translation of Indonesian language names into English (e.g. For ALT3, Once actually sang "Symphony yang Indah" and not "A Beautiful Symphony"). Additionally these alternates have no sourcing to confirm any of the translations are correct (or at least a proper approximation) and automated translation tools such as Google translate provide different meanings. --Allen3 talk 21:42, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
  • Regarding the translations (although I am fine with the original and ALT4), Google translate gives "beautiful symphony" (without the 'a') and "a thousand dreams" or "a thousand fantasies". I'll put Dreams in the article, but I don't think having "a beautiful symphony" is inaccurate as Indonesian often drops particles which would be kept in English.
