Oswald Harding[edit]

5x expanded by Sven Manguard (talk). Self nominated at 07:06, 8 April 2014 (UTC).

  • Length and date ok. But I don't find in the refs 3 and 4 any mention of him being the only person to serve as president of the Senate for 2 non-consecutive terms. --Soman (talk) 10:55, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
  • Soman: Yeah, my bad. I got the two Glenaer sources switched there. It's actually in source [1] "He already holds the record for the longest continuous service in the Senate:1977-2002. Now, with his return to the Upper House of Parliament, Oswald Gaskell Harding, OJ, has achieved another mark of distinction, becoming the first person to serve twice as President of the Senate." • So then it should be 'first person' rather than 'only person'? If a reference with a list of presidents could be attached to the article, then it would be fine though. --Soman (talk) 18:31, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
  • fot alt1, good to go. --Soman (talk) 20:04, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
