Pakistan–Afghanistan barrier[edit]
... that the Pakistani proposals for the construction of a mutual border barrier to prevent movement of insurgents were opposed by Afghanistan?

You're right, the hook is a little dull. How about something along the lines of:

- I think that the first hook proposed by Yoninah was rather more interesting. Anyhow, good to go with both the alternate hooks.
