Pan Am Flight 841[edit]
... that the shooting and death of the hijacker of Pan Am Flight 841 at Tan Son Nhut Air Base caused the pilot to come home to celebration at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport as well as vandalism to his home?

So far as I can tell, you don't have five DYK nominations as yet, so no QPQ would be required. (Ktr101 would have owed a QPQ, given his nomination history.) Please let me know as soon as you can. Hook is too long, please shorten it to under 200 characters. The hook is interesting and sourced in the article. This article is fascinating and I really enjoyed reading it and the sources. The article meets the critera for length, is within the DYK time scales and is written from a neutral perspective (I appreciate how difficult this must have been to do).
