Need a new hook, this one makes claims that are not supported in the body text. Actually the entire section on policing is unclear to me, the article needs some sort of statement of what "suppression" means exactly. If that's "beating", so be it. Maury Markowitz (talk) 12:53, 13 November 2014 (UTC)
I altered "beat up" in the hook to "suppress" which follows article and source. This is a perfectly good English word and is understandable without explanation, IMO. The article is new enough and long enough. It is neutral, I detected no copyright issues and the hook is reliably cited. Good to go. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 07:13, 22 November 2014 (UTC)
