Overall: I'm not opposed to the hooks but I find "Katy Perry sings next to a giant face mask and inside a toilet in Vegas residency" and "she mentioned that (her favorite) 1990s movies such as Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, Pee-wee's Playhouse, and Pee-wee's Big Adventure influenced the show's creation" hookier than the current options. Beyond that, the article falls within DYK policy. (CC) Tbhotch 02:31, 3 January 2022 (UTC)

In that case, Tbhotch, tell me how this works as ALT2: ... that Play features Katy Perry interacting with a giant toilet and a giant face mask? (Source: https://www.yahoo.com/now/katy-perry-sings-next-giant-194258640.html) Maybe someone could change it to past tense, but I couldn't think of a good way to include the show influences as a hook. As I've had delayed DYKs due to the WP:DYKCRIT #3, I would highly suggest you to incorporate it as it is written, for example, in the lead. (CC) Tbhotch 05:11, 3 January 2022 (UTC)
While support for the hook can be found under "Critical response", I've added some text to the lead accordingly as backup. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 05:23, 3 January 2022 (UTC)
ALT2 is good to go. (CC) Tbhotch 19:07, 3 January 2022 (UTC)
