Polyergus rufescens, Rossomyrmex[edit]

  • Reviewed: Six Days of Amsterdam, Monomorium destructor
  • Comment: One article is by Jonkerz and the other by me and I have adjusted the credits accordingly.
  • Comment: The hook ref is available online at PLoSONE. The source reads: "A molecular phylogeny of closely related Formicine species by Hasegawa et al. [24] showed that slave-making behavior has evolved independently in two closely related genera, Polyergus and Rossomyrmex." jonkerztalk 09:57, 16 November 2013 (UTC)

  • Withdrawn: not enough original material to qualify for DYK. Note: this only applies to the Rossomyrmex article created by me based on an open access article, not the Polyergus rufescens article which was written from scratch by Cwmhiraeth. jonkerztalk 14:26, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
