Pothundi Dam

[edit]

Pothundi Dam and reservoir

5x expanded by Nvvchar (talk). Self-nominated at 17:03, 25 May 2015 (UTC).

  • The article is long enough. It is expanded fivefold (5*615≤3,168) in one day by nominator. QPQ done, though it was not necessary. The hook is not too long. The image is free and used in the article. The source says: The dam is unusual in being constructed without a conventional concrete core,...The core is, instead, an unusual mixture of jaggery and quick lime. I am not native English language speaker and I appologize if I am wrong, but I think that instead of the term "usual" the hook should say "unusual"?--Antidiskriminator (talk) 20:49, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
  • @Antidiskriminator:. Thanks for the review. My mistake. Missed an "n". Here is the corrected ALT1 hook. that an unusual feature of the Pothundi Dam (pictured), an earth dam, is the core wall, which is constructed with a mixture of jaggery and quick lime?--Nvvchar. 10:19, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
Thanks. Good to go for Alt1.--Antidiskriminator (talk) 10:23, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
