New enough, expanded 5.4 times within 10 days of nomination. More than twice long enough. Is written in a neutral/dispassionate manner. Is free of any copyright or paraphrasing issues I could detect. Each section is replete with inline citations. Hook format is within parameters, and is more interesting than most the hooks currently nominated (to me, at least.) Hook fact directly cited by inline to reliable source. QPQ complete. no DYK image to check against. I'm not sure the hook works. The ref confirms the time of the most recent eruption at the volcanic field, but we don't know if there are other volcanic fields in the province. Maybe a re-wording of the hook? Would a minor change from "the volcanic field" to "a volcanic field" be okay? --PFHLai (talk) 14:02, 17 October 2015 (UTC)
