Comment: Special occasion request: Please could I ask for this to run on 14 April 2013, the centenary of the building's founding (as per the wording of the hook). All of the varied uses of the Hall are given and directly referenced in the "History" paragraph.

Date and length look good. The article is written neutrally, has inline citations, and appears to be free of plagiarism. Hook is on the long side, but under 200 characters, is formatted correctly, as well as being interesting, neutral and accurate. Hook facts are cited across multiple references, the one offline source is accepted in good faith. QPQ has been done. The article's images are all freely licensed.
