- ... that Pulp singer Jarvis Cocker helped fundraise to save a Merseyside flat that has been called "the first example of outsider art (example pictured) to be nationally listed"?

Minotaur from Ron's Place
Article is new enough and long enough. It is well-sourced, neutral, presentable, and BLP-compliant. Earwig checks out. Images are freely licensed (I'm assuming these are eligible under Commons:COM:FOP UK as a public interior and works of artistic craftsmanship). The hook is cited and interesting.
