A whisker short of 5x expansion (19B) but since it could easily get there with some puffery in the prose, which isn't really useful, then I wouldn't worry about it. Hook is present and cited, as is all other content, and the image is free and looks good at the small size required. QPQ has been done, basically everything is tickety-boo.
