Sambal stingray

[edit]

Barbecued stingray with sambal chilli paste

  • The sugar claim is cited by a book (that I am not able to access) while the peanut claim is supported through the source. However, the sentence (nor does the ref) states that it is a dish eaten by Singaporeans.
The title of the book is Singapore Food and the peanut claim is supported by a recipe linked to an article talking about food in Singapore... What more can I say? (Just had some two days ago.) ☯ Bonkers The Clown \(^_^)/ Nonsensical Babble ☯ 04:43, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
