New article, well written (5 redlinks, but Romanian history isn't well covered yet on enwiki so those will become bluelinks in due time), long enough, inline citations, and no copyvios found. The ALT0 hook is an interesting bit of irony and is covered by a citation (online, but in a language I unfortunately haven't learned yet). QPQ is done. Good to go.
