  • New enough, easily long enough, neutral, well sourced, AGF on offline sources - no copyright concern with the online sources. But I do not see a cited source for the Brett Favre link in the hook. It should be added, or the hook stripped down to remove the reference. Aymatth2 (talk) 23:31, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Hi, and thanks much for picking up this DYK. The bit on Brett Favre is cited using Beuregard Favre's 1990 book; it is citation #26 at the very end of the article. Since the book is not available online, one would have to AGF. However, under External links I've included a website that shows the lineage from before Simon Favre all the way to Brett Favre. However, I did not want to use this as the source, since Favre's 1990 book was almost certainly the source for the website material, and also the website has a couple of errors and omissions on it.Sarnold17 (talk) 20:58, 13 January 2013 (UTC)
That is good enough for me. Not great, but the article has sources that verify the hook, which is the main thing. Good to go. Aymatth2 (talk) 21:19, 13 January 2013 (UTC)
