Sleep hygiene[edit]

  • ... that college students in particular are at risk of poor sleep hygiene?
  • ALT1:... that sleep hygiene improves sleep quality in individuals with and without insomnia?
  • Comment: trying to make the hook appealing to frequent wikipedia readers

5x expanded by Leslierrn (talk). Self nominated at 00:34, 29 November 2014 (UTC).

  • This is one hook which will do the most good if run during normal sleeping hours, thereby making it optimally visible to insomniacs. EEng (talk) 10:17, 29 November 2014 (UTC)
  • New – According to DYK checker the article was expanded 5x since 26th Nov and was nominated on 29th Nov.
  • Long enough – the prose portion is significantly more than 1,500 characters.
  • Within policy – It's from a largely American perspective and could do with more worldwide coverage in the future though I don't think this is required for DYK standards. It is neutral (as much as can be expected with regards to the subject area), it has a number of inline citations and I am AGF with regards to publications I cannot access. I could not find any evidence of copyright violations.
  • Hook - I like both hooks and they are sourced within article with lots of inline citations. It is interesting and I agree that they will both appeal to regular Wiki contributors!
  • QPQ – Not done.
- AGF on references. Presuming Leslierrn has nominated less that 5 DYKs - this article is G2G! Hopefully this article will improve the health of Wikipedians though if they all start sleeping we might have none left! Nice work, Leslierrn, I will definitely be taking some of the recommendations on board. ツStacey (talk) 17:16, 11 January 2015 (UTC)
  • Comment: confirming that this is Leslierrn's first nomination, and no QPQ is required. BlueMoonset (talk) 18:10, 11 January 2015 (UTC)
