• Reviewed against the criteria:

• long enough - 2591 characters (417 words) "readable prose size"

→3564 characters more than meets the requirement.

• prose only expanded fourfold since expansion began, 652 characters to 2591, but it is a BLP and is now far better sourced

• Within policy - neutral, cites sources with inline citations, at least one per paragraph, free of close paraphrasing issues, copyright violations and plagiarism
• Hook is interesting, neutral, 170 characters, and formatted properly, but:

→ it does not have an inline citation in the article.

→ both ALTs are interesting and have excellent citations but I think I'd have to go for ALT1, simply because it is 200 characters and ALT2 is 247.
