Star Trek: The Next Generation (season 1)[edit]

Created/expanded by Miyagawa (talk). Self nom at 23:25, 3 November 2012 (UTC)

  • I'm not seeing the hook fact in the sources. Neither mentions season one. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 15:06, 6 November 2012 (UTC)
  • Sorry, should have specified as it isn't clear from the sources and needs a little explanation. Reference 11 states that is the highest rated syndicated show, and is dated between the airing of the first (1987-88) and second (1988-89) seasons, showing that it was the highest rated syndicated show after the first season. • What about during the season, with at the time of "Conspiracy" for example? — Crisco 1492 (talk) 22:34, 6 November 2012 (UTC)
  • The only other reference from the period regarding ratings has been included in the article which showed that by January 1988 it was the third highest rated syndicated show. Unfortunatly the only source I've found to give individual ratings for episodes wouldn't pass the reliability threshold, and I'm yet to find any listings of syndicated ratings for the period. • Hmm, perhaps something conflating the Bernardin quote with a (not-too-time-specific) indication of ratings? — Crisco 1492 (talk) 13:43, 7 November 2012 (UTC)
  • That's more like it. Article is new enough, long enough, fairly well written. No close paraphrasing found. ALT1 approved. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 22:13, 7 November 2012 (UTC)
