State Insurance Building, Liverpool
[edit]- ... that the architecture of the State Insurance Building (pictured) in Liverpool, England, built in 1906, has been described as "flamboyant Gothic", and as "wiry, sinuous Gothic"?

- Flamboyant is a common term used to refer to late-Gothic. --Elekhh (talk) 14:21, 22 August 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry, I forgot to include the date of building (now added), which makes it Gothic Revival, rather then true Gothic (which was the point of the hook).--Peter I. Vardy (talk) 15:08, 22 August 2011 (UTC)
