Statue of Winston Churchill, Parliament Square[edit]
- ... that Winston Churchill suggested the location for a statue of himself, even though the actual statue (pictured) wasn't proposed until two decades later?
- Alt1:... there were concerns that the statue of Winston Churchill (pictured) in Parliament Square looked too much like Italian Fascist leader Benito Mussolini?
- Reviewed: Closed circle of suspects
- Comment: The reason for naming the article list this is because there is a second statue of Winston Churchill inside the Houses of Parliament themselves - hence why it isn't "Statue of Winston Churchill, London".

OK, now I've finished. Everything checks out OK. The image license is OK; interestingly, the same image appeared four years ago in DYK to illustrate a hook about the wrong sculptor! --Orlady (talk) 14:44, 25 September 2011 (UTC)
