Strugnell's Haiku[edit]

* ... that Strugnell's Haiku adumbrate cherry blossom, hair loss and pub opening times?

Created by Smerus (talk). Self-nominated at 15:21, 23 February 2016 (UTC).

  • This article was created on February 23, it is over 1,500 characters, and it is within policy. QPQ is satisfied and there are no images used in this article. The hook is interesting, under 200 characters, and the descriptions of the haiku are substantiated by an inline citation to a reliable (offline) source. @Smerus: if I could make one minor editorial comment, I think the word "cherry blossom" in the hook should be in the plural form ("cherry blossoms") because it sounds like you are referring to the idea of cherry blossoms, rather than a specific cherry blossom. In any event, I'll leave this to your good judgment. Thanks for writing this nice article! Best, -- Notecardforfree (talk) 19:33, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
  • @Notecardforfree:, thanks for this - I think you have a good point, and I therefore propose:

Thank you, Smerus. ALT1 is approved per the review listed above. I struck the original hook so that whomever promotes this nomination will use the modified hook. Best, -- Notecardforfree (talk) 22:01, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
