Tony, there is a large backlog of hooks: 221 at the current moment. This simply does not qualify for the D9 exemption. We've been regularly refusing hooks that are a few days past the five-day deadline, and for articles that are far more developed than this one. BlueMoonset (talk) 16:10, 14 April 2013 (UTC)
