The Oval (Belfast)[edit]

The Main stand of The Oval

5x expanded by The C of E (talk). Self nominated at 11:29, 3 March 2013 (UTC).

  • Interesting hook. 5x expansion has been appropriately done in compliance with DYK guidelines. Will it be possible to replace the dead link and add a descriptor for "Oval" in the hook? --Tito Dutta (contact) 19:35, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
  • What exactly do you mean by descriptor? As for the other one, the Wayback machine chose a very good time to go offline! The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 21:10, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
  • The Oval mainly means the cricket stadium, so I was suggesting to make it clear that we are not talking about it! It can be changed to "that a sign of Jesus was removed from The Oval, a football stadium in (location),....."--Tito Dutta (contact) 21:16, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
  • Personally I think that would break up the hook to put all that in. I know the Oval usually does mean cricket but I think the inclusion of the pic shows it's not the one in London. Nevertheless, I've added Belfast to the hook. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 21:24, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
