Article is new enough and long enough. It is suitably written and spot checks raise no concerns re plagiarism or close paraphrasing. The image is suitably licenced. The hook is interesting, however the reference used to support it just says the HSE has objected to the proposed development and that there will be an inquiry, it doesn't say the development "was prevented". OK I think the new wording is supported by the source (however I see here that the objection was ultimately over ruled, which could be added to the article.— Rod ^talk 09:55, 22 March 2014 (UTC)
