  • Probably better. To be honest, there were several alternative ways this one could be worded, but I didn't want to write them out straight away in case the first was fine. MasterOfHisOwnDomain (talk) 19:40, 25 April 2013 (UTC)
  • All ok for ALT1, except that it's the Guardian which specifies the novels, & that ref should be repeated at that point. I'd tweak to:

ALT3: "... that Thomas Hardy wrote his novels Under the Greenwood Tree and Far from the Madding Crowd at his birthplace (pictured)? Don't think that needs a new review if you're ok with it. Johnbod (talk) 01:27, 27 April 2013 (UTC)
