This appears to be the nominator's first nomination, so I don't think we should close this nomination just yet. Right now the article is just under 1000 characters, so 1500 shouldn't be too hard to reach. @Glorious Engine: Will you be able to expand the article further? I'm going to ask Juxlos if he's willing to be included as a co-creator due to the expansion he did (disclosure: he edited the article after I notified him about the article on Discord).   • New, long enough, properly cited and written, no plagiarism. I took the liberty of correcting some leftover grammatical errors and tweaked phrasing for coherent flow, also added some context for the causal reader -- please make sure to check if Yoshizumi was indeed fighting the Dutch (it could not have been the Japanese Army in 1948, and I doubt Japanese holdouts were on the anti-Indonesian side). QPQ does not appear to be required. The proposed hook is ungrammatical, I'm afraid, and doesn't really highlight the interesting tidbit. I propose:
    • ALT 1: ... that Japanese spy Tomegoro Yoshizumi died as an Indonesian guerilla fighter during the National Revolution? Dahn (talk) 15:25, 13 January 2019 (UTC)

        • @Juxlos: Well, it says in the article that he died in 1948, and I think this is also in the source used. The article also stated that he died fighting the Japanese army, which is very very very unlikely; he was probably killed in combat with the KNIL, but the source used doesn't spell that out (probably because it is implicit?).           • @Dahn: Technically only KNIL would be possible - but for all we know, he was killed in an accident or by other armed groups of that era. Just to be safe, I removed the details and just mentioned what the sources are "sure" about. Juxlos (talk) 17:07, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
