• This biography of a very successful civil engineer is long enough and new enough. The article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. ALT0 and ALT2 are rather uninteresting but I like the quote about his being "a very brainy backroom boy". Could we extend ALT1 by adding that he had "no management experience whatever"?
