  • Page is new enough, long enough and no copyright issues. It does need a little bit more copy editing, I've started this, and put on a tag, however, this is not a reason to reject/delay a DYK. QPQ is done. The image is in the public domain in Sweden, but not sure if that's good enough for DYK to be honest, so would like a second opinion on that.
The source that you give for the first hook does not support the hook, and it is a primary source (i.e. made by Tore Wretman). Regarding the second hook, the Swedish Wikipedia page says that he invented it, as well as other sources ([2], [3]) including the official website of Sweden. I would prefer ALT1, but would propose an alternative. Achaea (talk) 19:51, 29 December 2019 (UTC)
ALT1a: that chef Tore Wretman (pictured) invented Toast Skagen, a dish of prawns on toast?
I would support that alternative hook.BabbaQ (talk) 20:08, 29 December 2019 (UTC)
Having reviewed the Commons image, I've tagged it PD-1996, meeting US PD conditions.  JGHowes  talk 20:12, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
  • Happy with the image now, but I can't accept my own hook, so someone else needs to review it. Achaea (talk) 07:57, 17 January 2020 (UTC)
  • Hook review. ALT1a checks out. Above references state he created the dish. Thanks, Zeete (talk) 16:04, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
