Ussuri shrew[edit]

  • ... that the Ussuri shrew feeds largely on earthworms and needs to eat more than twice its bodyweight each day? Source: "... primary foodstuffs - earthworms, other invertebrates, and flesh of rodents that this shrew consumes. It consumes 214.2% of its body weight daily."

  • Article is new enough, long enough, and well referenced. Hook is interesting and verified with reliable source (I added an inline ref directly after the sentence in the article). QPQ is done. No copyvio issues. Good to go. -Zanhe (talk) 20:55, 2 March 2019 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came by to promote this, but the source doesn't name earthworms as its primary foodbase; it also lists other invertebrates and carrion in the same category. Could you adjust the wording in the hook and article? Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 18:09, 23 March 2019 (UTC)
  • @Yoninah: It was in another source, so I have left the hook and adjusted the article. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 18:57, 23 March 2019 (UTC)
  • Thank you. Restoring tick per Zanhe's review. Yoninah (talk) 19:09, 23 March 2019 (UTC)
