The creator/nominated has been banned from all Wikimedia sites, and a look at the article reveals inadequate sourcing and some vague and repetitive text. Some of these have been take care of, and the resulting article is well below the minimum 1500 prose characters. Under the circumstances, I think it's best to close this nomination as unsuccessful, given how little meat there is for the article, and that it has a pedestrian 200-character hook.
