Article size and expansion fine, and the article is appropriately referenced. Hook is neutral and interesting. The fact (that Villablino has large reserves of bituminous coal) is cited in the article, and verified in online reference. That Villablino is located in nortern Spain, is not cited directly, but I regard it as trivial information. QPQ done. Spot checks did not reveal close paraphrasing.
