Visual Capture[edit]

  • ... that ventriloquism is believable not just because its performers are good at what they do, but because of visual capture?
  • ALT1: ... that what you see can completely change what you perceive in an environment because of visual capture?

5x expanded by Gramos3 (talk). Self-nominated at 20:18, 27 April 2015 (UTC).

  • New and long enough (5x expansion). Well (authoritatively) written. Neutral, dispassionate tone. Needs inline citations in a number places. I prefer ALT1. Hybernator (talk) 15:04, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
  • Gramos3 hasn't edited in over a month; looks like they just produced this article, nominated it for DYK, and went for a looooonnnngggg lunch. Not that I'm against people not editing for a while and then launching back into it, but I suggest this gets closed if there is no response soon. Belle (talk) 14:44, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
  • The presence of so many "citation needed" templates renders this ineligible for DYK, and the nominator appears to have been part of a course that used Wikipedia. With the semester long over and no edits on Wikipedia since the nomination, and no response to a talk-page ping made over a week ago, the only thing we can do is close the nomination as unsuccessful.
