Vlah Church[edit]

  • ... that a guard rail around the Vlah Church is made of 1,897 captured Ottoman rifle barrels?

  • I'll take this; it looks exciting. Drmies (talk) 17:46, 27 April 2013 (UTC)
  • OK, I got a few issues. It's new enough and all, and the hook is verified, and it's just long enough--but I'm not counting the paragraph on the meaning of "Vlah" which does not, from what I can tell, address an important point pertaining to the subject. It needs rephrasing, at the least, because it's not well-organized. Also, it's not clear what happened in 1864--or, the first sentence of the last paragraph is just repetitive. • Thank you for copy editing of this article and reviewing its DYK nomination. The paragraph on the meaning of Vlah is in fact the paragraph of the meaning of Vlah in the name of this church. That is what sources discuss so I rephrased this paragraph to clarify this. Removed repetitive 1864 assertion by merging two sections. --Antidiskriminator (talk) 21:00, 27 April 2013 (UTC)
  • Alright then. Sources accepted on good faith. Thanks for your note, Drmies (talk) 14:10, 1 May 2013 (UTC)
