Von Bock House[edit]

Von Bock House mural

  • ... that the mural on the Von Bock House (pictured) in Tartu in Estonia shows a building that is just down the street?

add a pic and note that the hook ref is here Victuallers (talk) 15:09, 15 January 2014 (UTC)
interesting article on good sources, Estonian accepted AGF. - Nice unusual hook! Could be even pictured if you took the image from the infobox that shows the other building also. - Please consider that a capital V in Von Bock is not German and looks "wrong" (compare Ludwig van Beethoven). For the name of the house, fine, it's a name. For the family, do we have to repeat it? Could we just say "family", once it's established. Or could we say "Bock family", as we say "Beethoven". For a single person: could we find the first name and say "(insert name) von Bock"? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:44, 24 January 2014 (UTC)
