  • I'll take this review given the short time left for our date request. Article is long/new enough, sources are reliable, no tags, 0% copyright violation, QPQ done, hook is cited (ALT0 is hooky and interesting, ALT1 is good too but readers may not know what FCC and my suggestion would be to spell it out, but at that point the hook is too long for my taste).
