With the Century[edit]

Created by Finnusertop (talk); Ceosad (talk). Nominated by Oiyarbepsy (talk) at 03:47, 17 October 2014 (UTC).

  • Comment on DYK authorship and content. First of all, thank you for nominating this! I'd like to clarify that this article was created in collaboration with Ceosad (talk · contribs). Full edit history can be found in the userspace draft we shared. As for the content of the DYK, I want to point out that the phrase "the people are my God" has been around for longer than the 1992 autobiography; it's made reference to for instance in the wikisource:Constitution_of_North_Korea_(1972). That is to say, the autobiography is just one of probably many places where Kim states that his motto is "The people are my God". Whatever the case, the nom is both correct (and probably interesting). Finnusertop (talk | guestbook | contribs) 04:12, 17 October 2014 (UTC)

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: None required.

Overall: Verified hook, which is interesting. New enough, content cited, offline sources accepted AGF. Neutral, and no plagiarism. This is the nominator's third or fourth nom, so no QPQ needed yet.--¿3family6 contribs 21:20, 1 December 2014 (UTC) --¿3family6 contribs 21:20, 1 December 2014 (UTC)

ThaddeusB, you need to make "agf" a valid parameter answer for this checklist template.--¿3family6 contribs 21:22, 1 December 2014 (UTC)
  • Question I understood that the QPQ was for editor's who nominate their own articles. Am I mistaken? Oiyarbepsy (talk) 21:49, 1 December 2014 (UTC)
  • As of November 21, 2014, per an RfC, all nominations require a QPQ once an editor has nominated five articles.--¿3family6 contribs 00:29, 2 December 2014 (UTC)
