  • @Yoninah and We hope: - Human Review coming up, the bot took care of the minutia, but I will verify the Copyvio tool results in a moment.  MPJ-DK  22:39, 28 August 2016 (UTC)
  • Reviewing the first hook I notice that the source lists "age 7" while the article lists "age 10" for when Fogel started hanging around the club? I know it is not in the hook but the discrepancy stood out to me since it's in the source for the hook.
  • ALT0 - So I read the source and I cannot totally reconcile it with the main hook. The source states "Countless hours of dedication organ at Wonder Gardens in Atlantic City where he was the house band with classmate drummer Harvey Mason (formally with Herbie Hancock – 'Maiden Voyage') now with 'FOURPLAY'. Two years later Fogel emerged, made his debut and splashed into the scene like a tidal wave" - which I assume is where the "at age 13" hook is sourced to? when I read "where he was the house band" I took it as he was part of the house band for two years before being actually featured? that says nothing about his age as far as I can see?
  • ALT0 - I see the Commodore claim cited, I don't see a direct citation for George Benson? The claim for Fogel and Mason is from a Fogel himself, since it's not really a contentious claim I think a primary source is okay in this case. But the inclusion of George Benson does neet a source.  MPJ-DK  22:49, 28 August 2016 (UTC)
  • @MPJ-DK: since there are a few versions of when Fogel started playing, I'm striking that hook. The cite for George Benson playing at the Wonder Gardens in his teens appears in the cite at the end of the second sentence describing him under Performers. I added an additional inline cite to the sentence in which the hook fact appears. The source for Fogel and Mason playing at the Wonder Gardens in their teens, while they were still students at Atlantic City High School, is properly cited in footnote 16 from an article in the Atlantic City Weekly. • - Sourced now. So long enough, new enough, well written, sourced, factual hook, QPQ done, no copyvios - hits all the marks.  MPJ-DK  12:42, 29 August 2016 (UTC)
