Notes[edit]

1) Many smaller counties in Illinois combine the position of Clerk and Recorder. In this case I would like the convention to be to list the Clerk & Recorder as the Clerk and explaining it in the article itself rather than listing the individual twice.
2) The Regional Superintendent's office isn't necessarily bounded by county lines. Some counties have more than one and other Superintendent's serve more than one county. I think that the individual who serves the majority of the county should be listed in the template and an explanation included in the article of the other ones.
