Generates a URL to the Hungarian Central Statistical Office so that the page giving the census data for a settlement in Hungary can follow immediately by giving its KSH code.

Usage

ksh_code: The KSH code for the settlement. Place nothing, not even a space, between the closing template characters }} and the code.
