The List of nuclides templates are to be used for slmplify the actual article and make it easier to make a complete list of List of nuclides, since List's rows are tables, this is considered as layer 4 of Category:Isotope table templates.
it should used as like this,

if the template is finished, these should be available to use.
you don't need to end that with (4h~1h), and you don't need to start that with (stable).
