Template:Mozart masses/doc

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Note: the only reason some of the masses are not linked right now is that a decision hasn't been made as to what the article title should be made and the articles haven't been created yet.

Usage[edit]

This template's initial visibility currently defaults to autocollapse, meaning that if there is another collapsible item on the page (a navbox, sidebar, or table with the collapsible attribute), it is hidden apart from its title bar; if not, it is fully visible.

To change this template's initial visibility, the |state= parameter may be used:

  • {{Mozart masses|state=collapsed}} will show the template collapsed, i.e. hidden apart from its title bar.
  • {{Mozart masses|state=expanded}} will show the template expanded, i.e. fully visible.

For articles on the individual masses by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and for the list of masses. Generally to be placed at the bottom of those pages.

Because of several chronological disagreements regarding the composition of these masses, it is perhaps best here to rely on key and Köchel number to identify each mass, leaving it to the specific articles to expound on the details of the different opinions as to when each mass was composed.
