Usage

This template can be used by arbitrators on Wikipedia to clarify the context in which they are participating in a discussion and thus prevent miscommunication.

Specs

This template takes two parameters namely type where one can specify as whom one is commenting or voting (defaults to editor) and vote (to be used for RfA, RfBs, straw polls etc) which can be omitted if not needed Ex:{{Not Arb|type=admin|vote=yes}} will produce ( !voting as an admin, not an Arb ) {{Not Arb}} will produce ( commenting as an editor, not an Arb )
