Usage[edit]

Putting this template into the status field of the Speciesbox template will put the current conservation status from NatureServ for that species in the template. In order for this to work the conservation status must exist as a property on Wikidata. For example if the status for a species is Secure then this template will feed to Speciesbox G5.
