- Options are FA, FL, A, GA, B, C, Start, Stub, FL, List, Category, Disambig, Draft, File, Portal, Project, Template, and NA (Not available). If blank, this will default as Unassessed.
- importance

- Descriptions of the options can be found at Wikipedia:WikiProject Los Angeles Rams/Assessment#Importance scale.
- Options are Top, High, Mid, Low, and NA (non-article). If blank, this will default as Unknown importance.
- attention
- Answer yes if the page needs immediate attention; otherwise leave blank.
- listas
- For sorting talk pages, e.g., by last name: Doe, John.
