Usage

To add an article to the list, simply add the template to the talk page of the article with the following parameters:

 |class=XXX
 |importance=YYY
 |needs-infobox=
 |attention=
}}

• class: Options are FA, FL, A, GA, B, C, Start, Stub, List, Cat, Template, NA. If blank, this will default as Unassessed. Descriptions of the options can be found at Wikipedia:Version 1.0 Editorial Team/Assessment. NA is "not applicable", while Cat indicates a "Category". Template class is, perhaps unsurprisingly, used for templates!
• importance: Options are Top, High, Mid, Low, NA. If blank, this will default as Unknown priority. NA is "not applicable". This is the importance within WikiProject University of Oxford according to this scale.
• attention: Answer yes if the page needs immediate attention, otherwise remove this line.
• needs-infobox: Answer yes if the article needs an infobox, otherwise remove this line.
• auto: This parameter is for the use of bots.

How to

Tag a page

Just add {{WikiProject University of Oxford|class=|importance=}} to the article's talk page (NOT to the article itself).

Rate an article with a class

... that's already tagged with {{WikiProject University of Oxford}}

Edit the talk page, change the class= parameter to the appropriate rating, or add |class= if not already present, and save the page.

Agree that the stub rating is appropriate where the page was auto-tagged

Remove the |auto=yes parameter from within {{WikiProject University of Oxford}}, such that the rating reads {{WikiProject University of Oxford|class=stub|importance=}} . Please also update the importance tag if appopriate.

Flag an article as being in need of urgent attention or an infobox

There are two additional parameters that can be used to mark an article as being in need of either urgent attention or the addition of a suitable infobox. Just add either "|attention=yes" or "|needs-infobox=yes" before the final "}}" at the end of the template.
