Template:!xt is permanently protected from editing because it is a heavily used or highly visible template. Substantial changes should first be proposed and discussed here on this page. If the proposal is uncontroversial or has been discussed and is supported by consensus, editors may use {{edit template-protected}} to notify an administrator or template editor to make the requested edit. Usually, any contributor may edit the template's documentation to add usage notes or categories.

Make this available for tables too?[edit]

Can you make this available for tables too? In this example, I wanted to make the table as it was, with the template enclosing it, but instead, I had to use <pre></pre> to have the script turn out font and red:

Space shrinkage[edit]

This template (and, probably Template:xt) seems to greatly reduce the space size of nbsp occurrences (compare the spacing of U. S. vs. U. S.), but I'm not sure how to fix it. 71.197.244.119 (talk) 00:23, 15 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Formatting deprecated parameters[edit]
