Parties

I've added the Scottish Socialist Party and the United Kingdom Independence Party to the list of parties advocating a Yes and No vote respectively. I don't understand why this section was being limited to the parties with representation in the Scottish Parliament. Both the SSP and UKIP have other elected representation in Scotland (one councillor and one MEP respectively), and the SSP is part of Yes Scotland. Seems sensible to include them.
